Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-14.
Who is responsible
Rex Connexa Ltd runs DrivingTestGym and is responsible for your personal data. Questions or requests:support@drivingtestgym.com.
Stored in your browser, not sent to us
There are no accounts. Your test progress, best scores, view preference, unlock codes and (if asked) your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. We never receive them. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Payments
When unlock codes go on sale, they will be paid for through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and email address to take the payment and send your receipt; we never see your card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, country and what you bought. We use them to deliver your code, answer support and refund requests, and keep the records the law requires (for example, tax records). See Stripe's privacy policy.
What we collect at checkout
At checkout, Stripe asks for your email address and takes the payment; your card details go to Stripe only. Your email address and your purchase are kept in our Stripe account, not on this site: the site has no accounts and keeps no database of buyers. After payment, the unlock page sends Stripe's payment reference to our unlock service, which asks Stripe whether the payment went through and returns your code; it stores nothing.
Emails about your purchase (your receipt and anything about your unlock code) are sent because you bought something. We do not send marketing emails. Questions about your data: support@drivingtestgym.com.
Emails you send us
If you email us (for example, to report an error in a question), we use your message and address only to reply and to fix the problem.
Ads and analytics
- Ads:free pages show ads from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads, and to personalise them if you agree.
- Analytics:we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used.
On every page, analytics does not load until you agree; change your mind at any time with "Cookie choices" at the bottom of the page. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, Google shows its own consent message for ads, and your ad choices are made there. Google's use of data is explained at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers log technical data such as IP addresses for security and to deliver pages.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@drivingtestgym.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
